BotanoCap: Environmentally Friendly Pesticides BotanoCap is an environmentally friendly pesticides company whose products are to be used as a cost effective replacement for current synthetic larvicides, pesticides and chemical agents, which are either toxic or environmentally harmful.BotanoCap products are based around natural essential oils used in synergy with Insect Growth Regulators (IGRs) encapsulated with specific micro-encapsulation techniques. Currently, BotanoCap is in advanced Beta Site testing with Mekorot: The Israeli National Water Authority regarding their need for non-toxic solutions to instate into their water systems.
Agriculture Activities BotanoCap’s lead product, BotanoPest is currently approved in Israel against Mosquito, Flies and their Larvae. BotanoCap has 3 patents in National phase applications and a fourth has been applied lately. BotanoCap’s has a working partnership with the University of Florida who conducts BotanoPest efficacy trials on Tomatoes versus the Silver Leaf Whitefly. Efficacy trials have shown a cost-effective, equivalent (or better than) efficacy results with no carcinogenic or toxic properties. As well BotanoCap have received excellent test results of our products versus Nematodes, a soil bearing parasite, form third-party agronomist testing facility. BotanoCap products are based around substantial scientific data and proven in several field trials conducted by third-party agronomist testing facilities. BotanoCap’s mission is to see its products used as replacement for carcinogenic and toxic pesticides that are harmful to the environment and human health.
